MP2

In collaboration with Megan de Blecourt

MP2 is a conceptual band project that imagines a world where witchcraft and technology coexist, blurring the lines between magic, faith, and artificial intelligence. Working as a duo, we created an entire universe around this idea, combining storytelling, music, visuals, and branding into an immersive experience.

Community
We wanted MP2 to feel like more than just a band; it was an experience. We designed exclusive merchandise, from tarot-themed pocket altars to limited-edition pieces only obtainable through solving riddles. Our concerts were set in churches, creating an atmosphere that blended ritual with performance. Fans were invited to participate by wearing veils, adding to the sense of unity and mystery.

Crafting the Brand
The essence of MP2’s branding lies in its mystery and inclusivity. We built a visual identity that played with secrecy, using a bold color scheme of red, black, and white, and a logo with masked details to keep the band members’ identities hidden. This element of concealment wasn't just for show—it was central to the brand’s narrative, making people question what's real and what's not.

We wrote a backstory that set MP2 as mystical figures—high priests in a world where spirituality and technology intersect. Our album, "11PM," continued this theme, exploring dreams and reality through intricate soundscapes and tarot-inspired visuals. The entire experience was designed to draw fans into our world, encouraging them to piece together clues and create their own stories.
